After a note is entered, an artificial intelligence engine analyzes the content and suggests categorized cues such as follow-up actions, indications of workload strain, or topics related to career development. Each suggested cue requires explicit confirmation or dismissal before becoming an active item. A preparation summary is generated prior to each scheduled meeting to consolidate open topics, pending follow-ups, and changes since the previous interaction.
