Lenox HR is a cloud-based human resources platform used by around 1,500 companies in nine Latin American countries (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Venezuela and Panama), with 27 years of history behind it. It replaces the spreadsheets, paper folders and WhatsApp threads that most HR teams in the region still run on.

What it covers

Time and attendance. Schedules, rotating shifts, overtime, late arrivals and absences, calculated in real time and exportable to Excel or PDF. Employees can clock in through a ZKTeco biometric device, a geolocated mobile check-in, a QR code or a manual entry made by an administrator, and every record keeps its source, device and location. Administrators can draw geofences on a map so mobile check-ins are only valid inside a defined perimeter.

Documents and electronic signature. Upload pay slips and any other document as individual files or as a single multi-employee file that the platform splits automatically, send them for signature and track the status of each one. Signed documents stay stored, searchable and auditable in each employee's digital file, together with contracts, certificates and identity documents. A dashboard shows how many sheets of paper, hours and square metres of storage the company has saved.

Leave and vacation. Requests, approval workflows by manager, automatic balance calculation according to each country's rules, and a shared calendar of who is off and when.

Employee self-service. A portal where people see their own schedule, workday progress, remaining vacation days, pay slips, assigned benefits and materials, answer surveys and read company announcements, without writing to the HR team for every question.

People management. Performance reviews, skills assessments, onboarding, a training module with course tracking, and internal surveys, plus reporting and people analytics across all of it.

Lia, the built-in artificial intelligence assistant, answers questions about your own data and speeds up everyday administrative tasks.

Integrations and technical notes

Native integration with ZKTeco biometric terminals and access control devices, mobile check-in with geolocation, WhatsApp-based clocking, and data export to Excel or PDF for your accounting or payroll provider. The platform is multi-country and multi-branch, with role-based permissions, configurable approval flows and an activity trail on attendance and document records.

Lenox HR does not process payroll. It manages everything around it and hands clean, auditable data to whatever payroll system you already use.

Implementation is fast: the timeline depends on how quickly you load your own data, such as headcount, schedules and shifts, not on waiting for the vendor.
