Léon is intervention-report software for field-service companies: cleaning, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, security and construction.

ON SITE

The agent opens the job on their phone and fills the report: services performed, photos, anomalies. The app is a PWA installed from the browser, with no app-store step, and it keeps working with no network: entries and photos are queued locally and sync automatically once the connection returns. The client signs on the screen and the signature is stored with a timestamp.

THE REPORT

Each report is rendered as a PDF in your own branding (logo, colours, company details) and sent automatically to the client contacts. Nothing to lay out, nothing to retype.

ANOMALY TRACKING

Anomalies are recorded with photos and attached to a job. Those left unresolved reappear on the next visit until they are closed, which turns a series of reports into an actual follow-up.

PILOTING

Managers see reports sent, anomalies in progress, jobs to validate and jobs ready to invoice, in real time. Tasks and scheduling, a client portal where the customer follows their own requests, team messaging, statistics and calendar sync are included.

DEPLOYMENT AND DATA

Cloud, web-based, installable on Android, iPhone and iPad as a PWA. Interface in French. Built by 1TENDANCE SERVICES, a French services company, first for its own field teams. Data hosted in France.
