Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Less Meeting overview
What is Less Meeting?
Less Meeting is meeting-management software that layers structure and accountability on top of the calendar your team already runs on. It connects to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and works on the meeting itself, so meetings start on time, stay on agenda, and end with clear owners. Instead of recording and summarizing calls after the fact, it changes what happens during and between meetings.
Core functionality
Timed agendas: Per-topic time limits with a live countdown, reusable agenda templates, and the same structure applied across every occurrence of a recurring meeting.
Action item tracking: Assign owners and due dates in the meeting. Open items carry forward from one occurrence of a recurring meeting to the next until they're closed, with automated follow-up reminders. Items sync to Microsoft 365 and Google tasks.
KPI tracking: Attach KPI charts with thresholds to any recurring meeting or 1:1 and trend each metric across every occurrence, so a leadership meeting or pipeline review opens on a live scorecard and off-target numbers become owned action items.
Team analytics: Meeting time and dollar cost rolled up across the team, anonymous participant feedback, and a meeting cost calculator to quantify ROI.
Collaborative minutes: Real-time shared notes with keyboard shortcuts, instant sharing, and branded minutes distributed when the meeting ends.
Meeting scores and ratings: An automatic score for each meeting based on agenda, timing, and follow-through (algorithmic, not AI), plus manual attendee efficiency ratings and written feedback.
Recurring meetings: Past notes, decisions, and open action items from prior occurrences surface in the current meeting view.
Integrations
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace calendars, with real-time two-way sync.
Task sync to Microsoft 365 and Google tasks for assigned action items.
Single sign-on through Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace OAuth (the same identity used for calendar access).
Stripe for billing (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex).
Platforms and access
Browser-based web app plus native iPad and iPhone apps. State syncs in real time across web and mobile, so an agenda edited on a laptop and notes taken on a phone stay in step. No bot or plugin joins the call itself.
Security and data handling
Nothing is recorded or transcribed, so there's no meeting audio, video, or transcript stored anywhere. Notes are encrypted with AES-256, staff cannot read your meeting content, and the platform is GDPR-compliant. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on Less Meeting servers.
Pricing
Personal is $12 per user per month ($10 billed yearly). Team is $5.90 per user per month ($4.90 billed yearly), sold in groups of 10, with all features and team-wide collaboration. Flat per-user pricing, no usage metering, and no transcription-minute counters. Free 14-day trial that covers the whole team, no credit card required.
Less Meeting has been helping teams run better meetings since 2011, and 77% of rated meetings score 4 to 5 stars for efficiency.
