LiciRadar is a cloud-based public procurement search engine and alert service for companies that bid on or sell to Spanish public administrations. Contract price benchmarking surfaces historical award discounts and winning companies for similar contracts within the same authority or province, supporting bid/no-bid decisions. Competitor tracking delivers email notifications when a followed company wins a contract, including buyer, amount, and location. Bidder and offer visibility shows all companies that submitted bids and their discounts once the opening report is published. Additional features include a minor contracts directory, company and authority profile pages, and upcoming contract expiry tracking (Profesional plan and above).

On the Completo plan, LiciRadar adds two AI-assisted capabilities. The first reads tender specification documents (pliegos) and extracts requirements, solvency conditions, award criteria, and risk flags in under one minute, with each data point linked to its source clause; users can also ask questions about the document directly. The second assists with alert configuration: users describe their business activity and the system proposes alert setups, showing how many tenders each configuration would have matched over the past month alongside real examples.
