Overall this is a great program. I would recommend it to any provider/company that needs to track scoring on surveys.
I am a little disappointed in not being able to make amends/adjustments to the surveys without going through several doors first.
Pulling a report of the surveys is very easy and pretty quick. I do like that it allows some customization to the reporting as well.
I don’t use this other than uploading a file and choosing fields so very little criticism.
Visually appealing and great range of options and filters.
Reporting inside moment is very hard to use, especially when setting up parameters and custom reports for different parts of your organization.
The product was easy to use and the company offered good support in order to implement it across our different touchpoints.
InMoment does have excellent customer service and is quick to answer questions.

Great overall for the past three years. I am growing my Buisness this year and hope pricelabs continues to better there product and reach in the industry.
Whilst $9.99 is nothing in the scheme of things, having to pay an extra $10 for market analysis is a bit lame.
Customer support is outstanding, including the ability to connect directly with the founders of the company and some of the key scientists on the team.
I was very skeptical paying money for service that I really didn't know much.
Customer service has been wonderful to work with any time I have a question, they are very quick to help.
I also don't see much value in the marketplace dashboards. They are lacking more development.
The ability to customize prices for certain seasons and the amount of flexibility with different pricing and minimum stays is fantastic.
No app and the website itself doesn't fit on a mobile screen.
I love the ease of use but more importantly, I love the impact it has had on the health of my business and driving revenue and overall client happiness.
We were happy with the functionality, reliability, and excellent customer service.

The other excellent feature that I found exclusive to SEM rush was PPC competitor tracking. Knowing what competitors are bidding on is beyond the realm of a usual SEO software and is a great addition.
Everything has been a frustrating struggle. Many features that are included with the starter level of other online SEO platforms cost extra with SEMrush.
It includes a site health grade, all the Errors/Warnings, and gives ideas on how to make improvements on the site. I also love love love the automated reporting.
SEMRush has been horrible to learn and work with. Nothing is intuitive or user-friendly.
Although AHref is the best, but semrush is so far the second best. Has everything that AHref have, and happy for it.
It's sad that I would have to pay almost half of my subscription price just to have a second user be able to access our account.
Comprehensive and robust. Best for established businesses who have the budget and manpower to manage regularly.
What I don't like about SEMRush is that most of its features are paid for. This can end up hurting those who are starting in Marketing, for example.
We love the ability to quickly view our site's performance through the easily accessible dashboards and reports. The position tracker really helps us keep a pulse on the health of our site.
Overall the experience has been great. I am also very pleased that they have a training section as my team has taken advantage of this knowledge share.

Overall its been pretty good. Im not a big social media fan so I like it to be as simple as possible to get my message across.
There are times that the software has been a little buggy for us. Sometimes images fail to upload or content fails to post due to errors.
I love that I can save drafts and schedule easily. This makes my social media strategy clear and streamlined with the ability to plan ahead.
I had an issue with integrating it with all my platforms. I forget which one, but I was missing one that I had to do separately.
I was excited to start using Hootsuite for the simple reason that I needed help managing my accounts. Like the very easy dashboard and functionality.
It may be user error, but it has proved an inconvenience at times.
It is recommended for its great ability to integrate to instagram, linkedin, pinterest and Facebook.
I hate that you have to have a public page in order to schedule content for Instagram. M sure it’s something to do with Instagram settings itself but it still pisses me off.

I find that very helpful in knowing peoples interest in reviewing us. The customer service has always been helpful and very responsive.
Finding the review request button is now difficult. My employees will no longer use the product due to difficulty to use and I am getting tired of emails and texts all day.
We have seen such an phenomenal growth with our company. We have tripled our sales and are able to have our amazing clients leave amazing stories on their experience.
Getting to speak with someone or cancelling a contract that was done incorrectly the first time was a problem. They don't return phone calls.
Our agency has really enjoyed working with BirdEye. It's proved to be a very effective way to manage the review process for our clients - and has yielded some great results.
Minor complaint - time frames for viewing reports don't have a simple "last month" option.
The software has so many reports available for tracking success and measuring whether or not campaigns are successful; I really like the integration of multiple sources of reviews in one place.
Some of our remote scheduler experience delayed notifications.
Its been excellent and is helping us be proactive vs reactive to brand management.

It's easy to learn, easy to use, and even easy to teach. I love this software and would love to become some sort of certified expert user if at all possible.
There are only a few things that we have found the software incapable of doing, and they have been rather minor. We did request that the company add them to their "to-do" list.
I love the flexibility of options in terms of how you can deploy questions and the type of questions you can ask using this software. What you can do with the data afterward is just as excellent too.
Our one complaint is that the price has crept up over the years to the point that it's significantly higher than we were paying 4-5 years ago.
What I love most about Qualtrics is the suite of tool built into the software to help analysis the results. I also appreciate all the options in crafting the survey.
The data analysis options offered within Qualtrics are weak, as are the data cleaning options. This is a non-issue for smaller, or non-scientific surveys.
Their software is excellent, their integration support and API is excellent and their support is hands down the absolute best in the tech industry.
Depending on what platform you were using before it my be a little difficult at first to get acclimated to the program.
You can make really amazing surveys using Qualtrics and it provides so many nice ways to present or export the data collected. The fact that it exports to SPSS is a huge pro.
But having now tried a few alternatives it's pretty clear that qualtrics is particularly good for post collection analysis too.

A great onboarding experience and a lovely and simple user interface. Love the smart inbox feature on the platform.
Very very disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. Stick with FB and IG and don't waste your time and money.
Sprout Social also has very robust reporting for each platform and it has allowed me to have deeper insights into how our accounts and posts are doing. It's been a big lifesaver.
Lack of support for enterprise. Difficult to scale up using this tool.
It's been a great experience so far. They also have a great support team that you can work with to ensure that you're utilizing all of the platform features as best as you can.

The crawl speed is reasonably fast, and the custom metrics like Domain Authority are great tools. The competitor benchmarking is great, too.
Poor navigation structure can make it difficult to find the tool you are looking for. It makes it less intuitive than suites such as SEMRush or AHREFs.
Compared to other tools like SEMRush, I find it to be more "fun" and more intuitive to search for keywords and such. It's also a more affordable product depending on the level you choose.
It's also slightly disappointing that some of the reports are not available until a week or more after you load up the keywords.
It is fairly intuitive when it comes to keyword research and selection. I like that it provides a feature that factors in all elements of a keyword to help you choose the best options for your site.
Not a lot of customization in the reporting. There are also a lot of error messages that occur when utilizing the different features of the site.
High quality educational content. This content is way more than helpful at helping you better understand how to be better at ranking.
Overall, Moz Pro has lost its luster. I think it is a matter of fashion, it is no longer seen as the cool object of other times, now that position has been taken by others.
Moz is also incredibly affordable compared to more enterprise solutions. Their training and support team is wonderful and they offer tons of great FREE resources on SEO training, best practices, etc.
Moz is a good tool for organization that are starting to go digital because it is easy to use/navigate. Priced pretty low and with free version the organizations can also extract some value.

I have trouble navigating the website from my mobile.
The support is outstanding and the training is great as well. The options make sense and give us a lot of ways to stay booked in a very competitive environment.
There is a steep learning curve at the beginning and this is not a set it and forget about it software.

Lack of features such as more customizable pricing rule sets such as something under an "advanced settings" tab.
I like the easy of the price optimization feature as well as ability to compare against similar vacation rentals in my area. Also like the industry insights.

Additionally, you can say her name and ask her pretty much any question in the world and she will respond with the correct information about 90% of the time, which is pretty impressive.
After using it for a while, I lost interest and no longer use it.

You have to use a desktop to get a detailed insight analytics for your website. This sucks sometimes because you have to use a PC every time when it comes to checking your website analytics.
I find Alexa very easy to use and has many useful features like weather and timers. I also use for smart home control.
We waited for sales to purchase the devices and gradually expanded. There are some words the device struggles to understand at times.
Also the affiliate options give me a nice side hustle while building a brand. The search SEO options and link tracking makes it a very powerful tool to continue to see what works and how to grow.

I like how intuitive and easy it is to create charts and filters, also, it's great that you can privately save charts. Dashboards are really great as well.
After my tweet, I heard from them. But when two weeks passed and I asked more questions, again I was disappointed my a lack of response.
For the money this product is awesome. We use it exclusively for SaaS metrics and revenue recognition.
But worse, when I asked how CM separated their metrics between monthly and annual payers, I learned they were lumped together.
The visual side of the soft is also great. Everything is clear and easy to customize through filters.
The worst part of Chartmogul is if you have implemented something wrong. Honestly, I would also appreciate more consultation from Chartmogul's side.
The support team is amazing, always available to help.
I miss exporting my dashboards and results (that I seeing on the screen) mainly because I'm not an admin user.
I love how easy it was to roll out, as well as their pricing model.

Management team and customer service is outstanding. As they build their product, you can genuinely tell they want to succeed.
I mostly use for Twitter and the search tool is really bad. There are also some content formats, such as poll, that I can't post with the software, something that makes my life pretty hard.
We have been very happy with our Sprinklr partnership - if your company has the budget to support the (expensive) tool, then I think it is definitely worth it.
For someone who has limited knowledge of social queries and Boolean logic, it can be hard to get used to the set-up to create queries and keywords.
I also love how easy it is to clone posts from other accounts on our handles and to share content across different platforms. I really like the Social Listening aspect as well.
Depending on the social network it is even more limited, as in the case of Linkedin.
I also love that you can track your metrics easily within Sprinklr. We use their tagging system and it makes it helpful for tracking how we performed on social for events or launches.
In addition, it is hard to tag others in Facebook/LinkedIn posts when publishing through Sprinklr, as the platform isn't integrated enough to correctly tag.
I have most enjoyed the ability to build, visualize and analyze results of digital advertising and social media marketing campaigns.
This was even though I'd previously used other similar sites. This one was very difficult for me to get used to.
Not only was it easier to run reports but it was super easy to pass these reports on to senior managment. Sprinklr also has a depth of reporting that you don't see in other social media tools.
