Menudetto turns the restaurant menu into something you manage by talking to it — no forms, no admin panel to learn.

Tell the assistant "carbonara goes to 14 euros" or "we're out of sea bass" and it proposes the change; you confirm and it is live. Photograph a printed menu and it reads the dishes into the system. Every AI action is a proposal a human approves — nothing changes on its own, and every change can be undone.

Allergens treated as a legal duty, not a feature

EU Regulation 1169/2011 requires the 14 allergens to be declared. Menudetto's AI proposes them dish by dish, but a person must review and approve them: publishing is blocked until that review is done. Declaring allergens by hand and showing them to diners is never restricted by plan — it is the law, not an upsell.

One QR code, 33 languages

Diners scan and read in their own language, with a filter for the allergens they must avoid. Translations are generated the first time someone actually asks for a language, then served free forever — so a printed QR code never stops working. A language that was never generated degrades to the menu's primary language: the diner never sees an error.

Food cost from a spoken recipe

Dictate a recipe and Menudetto computes the raw-material cost per portion. Import supplier invoices in the Italian FatturaPA XML format and the ingredient price list updates itself, showing which dishes are affected when a price rises.

The room list

Diners can build a list of dishes on their phone and show it to the waiter, bilingual — their language next to the venue's. The restaurant sees which dishes get chosen and which get skipped, on a page that refuses to draw conclusions until it has enough data to be honest.

A writing assistant that removes, not only adds

Menudetto improves dish descriptions, and strips claims the restaurateur has not declared — "homemade", "fresh", protected-origin labels. An undeclared claim on a menu is a legal exposure, not a flourish.
