MeshMarkup is a cloud-based 3D model review and annotation tool designed for 3D studios and freelance modelers across product design, industrial design, architecture, visual effects, game asset production, and e-commerce 3D content. Clients and reviewers access work through a single shared link — no account registration or software installation required. Feedback is placed as pins directly on model geometry, with the camera angle captured at the time each note is written, so any reviewer can reproduce the exact view in one click.

MeshMarkup supports full version history with open notes carried forward across revisions, side-by-side version overlay for change comparison, and a client sign-off system that is date-stamped, name-locked, and tied to a specific version. Sign-off is blocked while unresolved notes remain open, creating a traceable approval record. Per-person review links track who has opened a review and who has not, and role-based link permissions control view, comment, and approve access. Images and PDFs are reviewable within the same link using arrows, boxes, and highlights. A built-in Studio environment supports materials, lighting, HDRI configuration, and ray-traced renders up to 4K. A Blender add-on, REST API, signed webhooks, and integrations with Slack, Teams, Discord, Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Dropbox, Zapier, and Make support pipeline-level workflows. SAML SSO is available via Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Google Workspace. Studios are isolated at the database level.

MeshMarkup also includes a free in-browser 3D viewer that runs entirely client-side with no file upload, and in-browser format conversion for FBX, OBJ, STL, PLY, DAE, STEP, IGES, Rhino 3DM, 3MF, and 3DS formats. Plans scale from individual modelers (Solo) to small studios (Studio, 5 seats) to large teams requiring pipeline integration (Pipeline, unlimited seats).
