Miridia overview

What is Miridia?

Miridia is a modular, cloud-based supply chain and automation platform that unifies orders, procurement, inventory, production, planning, and reporting in a single system. Designed for eCommerce businesses, retailers, and manufacturers that have outgrown basic shipping tools or entry-level ERPs, Miridia connects existing commerce, accounting, and workflow platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, n8n, Zapier, and Power Automate. Deployment options span cloud-hosted Starter and standard tiers, with self-hosting available on the Enterprise tier for organisations requiring full infrastructure control. Active markets include South Africa, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, and the United States.

The platform is built around event-driven workflow orchestration rather than rigid licensed modules, covering multi-location inventory management, bills of material, work orders, purchasing, fulfilment, shipment management for parcels, pallets, and containers, HS codes, customs declarations, and ZPL label printing. Statistical and machine-learning demand forecasting backtests models per SKU and selects the best-performing model against a naive baseline, feeding results directly into replenishment suggestions and MRP. AI Studio (Ask Your Data) allows plain-language querying of live operational data, returning answers and charts without SQL. AI Autopilot agents monitor orders, deliveries, and stock continuously, surfacing exceptions into a structured inbox. Cold-chain workflow support is included for food production and temperature-sensitive logistics operations.

Miridia provides full data ownership with no vendor lock-in, open APIs, webhooks, and a data warehouse pipeline with complete export capability. Custom integrations are built at no additional cost when they benefit the broader customer base. Every customer receives monthly check-ins post-go-live. Live dashboards and a visual command centre give operations teams real-time visibility across the full supply chain, replacing spreadsheet-based processes with automated, auditable workflows.
