MoreDo is a CRM built specifically for two verticals: photo/video studios and sports clubs in Canada. Instead of stitching together a generic CRM, an invoicing tool, and a separate scheduling app, MoreDo links each part of a project so it stays connected automatically.

How the data model works

A fee schedule feeds directly into a contract clause, which generates an invoice, which triggers an automatic payment reminder if it goes unpaid — all linked, not manually re-entered at each step. Change a fee schedule and downstream contracts/invoices reflect it, instead of drifting out of sync the way spreadsheets do.

Client and parent access — no account required

Clients and parents sign contracts and complete registration through a unique, tokenized link — no account creation, no password to manage. This removes the single biggest drop-off point in client onboarding: making someone create a login before they've even become a customer.

Photo/video delivery

Gallery delivery gives clients a branded, one-click download of their photos and videos. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage with presigned, time-limited URLs — clients get direct, secure access without routing every download through the application server.

Sports club / team management

Team management handles rosters, role-based access (coach vs. admin vs. club owner), and fee schedules per team. A full tryout workflow lets coaches assess and photograph players on-site — accepted players transfer directly into the roster with their photo and rating history already attached, no re-entry.

Telegram integration

A built-in Telegram bot (via the Telegram Bot API) handles schedule broadcasts, RSVP collection, attendance tracking, and payment reminders — delivered inside an app parents and players already have installed, with no separate mobile app required. Messaging logic is role- and age-aware: guardians of younger players receive messages, teens have both the player and guardian included, adult athletes are messaged directly — handled automatically by the system, not manually maintained contact lists.

Canadian tax compliance, built in

Invoicing calculates GST/PST automatically by province, matching CRA requirements — not a flat single-rate tax field. A CRA Tax Prep add-on applies AI-assisted transaction classification to help categorize business expenses for tax filing, with a QuickBooks-compatible export format for accountant handoff.

Infrastructure & security

The application runs on a Cloudflare-fronted architecture (Pages for the frontend, Workers for edge logic) with a dedicated backend server and automated daily backups. Client-facing links use unique, non-guessable tokens rather than shared passwords. Payment processing runs through Stripe; MoreDo does not store raw card data.
