Motorvar is cloud-based dealership management software built for independent used-car lots and small-to-mid-size dealership groups. Running in any web browser on Windows, Mac, Chromebook, tablet, or phone, it consolidates each vehicle's purchase costs, reconditioning tracking, online listings, leads, and deal paperwork onto a single record, eliminating the need to cross-reference multiple systems. No dedicated mobile app is required; the platform is fully accessible via browser on any device.

Core functionality spans inventory and reconditioning management, online listings, lead tracking, deal structuring, and reporting. Each vehicle record links holding costs and recon spend to its listing and associated leads, giving operators a unified view from acquisition to sale. Listings can be published as individual car pages or a full storefront, with website feed and embed options. Leads attach directly to the vehicle inquired about and support email follow-up. Deal workflows cover number-working and digital collection of buyer paperwork, including a buyer's order, odometer disclosure record, and Buyers Guide worksheet. Reports cover sales performance, inventory aging, recon spend, and lead sources, with CSV export available. Team management includes staff invitations and role-based permissions controlling visibility and edit access.
