MyDesk Visitor Management combines Outlook visitor preregistration, reception check-in and a view of expected and checked-in visits. Teams can tailor the registration flow and screen design to the organisation.

The solution supports printed visitor badges and optional reusable E-Ink visitor badges. Digital badges update wirelessly at check-in and display the visitor information agreed during setup. Rectangular badges can show a photo, while the smaller round model shows name and host without a photo. Badges are collected after the visit, with check-out and reset configured for the reception workflow. Logos and physical colours can be customised.

Reception hardware includes counter and floor-standing check-in screens; compatibility with existing equipment can be assessed. Software, screens, printers, badges and any required controller are separate parts of the solution. Specifications and controller requirements depend on the badge model.

Visitor management can connect with meeting room booking, MyDesk Planner, meeting catering, desk and parking booking, information screens, AI Office Analytics and digital employee cards. MyDesk is developed in Denmark and provides onboarding and support. The selected modules, hardware and integrations are agreed for each organisation.
