MyHostKit is property management software built in France for short-term rental concierge companies, co-hosts and real estate agencies that manage vacation rentals on behalf of property owners.

One calendar for every platform. Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo (Abritel) bookings arrive through an API channel manager: dates close everywhere in seconds, rates and minimum stays are pushed from one place, guest messages land in one inbox. iCal sync is available for other platforms.

Cleaning handled automatically. Every checkout creates a cleaning mission for the right cleaner, who receives it in a free app, follows the checklist and sends a photo report. AI checks the report and the host validates remotely.

Owners kept informed. Monthly owner statements are calculated from real bookings, with commission and cleaning deducted, and each owner has a portal with calendar and history.

Guests looked after. Automatic messages before arrival, at check-in and after departure, an AI concierge that answers common questions, and a guest space with the stay's information. Direct bookings are taken with secure payment and a card-hold deposit.
