Norssa overview
What is Norssa?
Norssa is built for small field service companies whose work comes back on a schedule: pest control visits under HACCP contracts, annual fire extinguisher checks, automatic door servicing twice a year, boiler, heat pump and air conditioning maintenance.
For each service contract, Norssa computes when the next visit is due and lists every visit that is late or coming up. When you plan the week, it places each visit in the days before its due date, never after, and groups it with the other visits due and the appointments already booked in the same area, so technicians drive less. You can still move anything by hand.
Customers get a reminder before the visit. Technicians open their day on their phone, with no app to install, and mark each visit as done, done with a note, or to reschedule. A visit that could not happen goes back into the planning automatically.
Norssa deliberately stays focused on recurring visits: it does not produce quotes, invoices or detailed intervention reports. It is priced per company rather than per technician (Solo, Équipe and Pro plans), with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. The interface is in French, for companies in Belgium and France, and data is hosted in Europe.
