What is Nucleo360?
Nucleo360 is a human resources management platform designed for small and medium sized enterprises operating in Spain. The software centralizes and digitizes HR functions including time tracking, vacation and absence management, document management and an internal whistleblower channel. The platform ensures compliance with Spanish labor regulations such as Royal Decree eight of two thousand nineteen and Law two of two thousand twenty three. It supports organizations ranging from small teams to companies with fifty or more employees and adapts to organizational growth.
The solution comprises eight functional modules that address HR management requirements. The time tracking module provides digital clock-in and clock-out records with support for mobile registration via messaging applications. The vacation and absence management module offers request workflows and visibility into team availability. The document management system incorporates legally valid electronic signatures and centralizes employee records and contracts. The whistleblower channel module meets mandatory reporting requirements for companies in regulated sectors and those reaching the requisite workforce size. Additional modules include team structure and employee data administration, an internal news board for company communications, project tracking for assignments and deliverables and inventory control for company assets.
The platform operates entirely through standard web browsers on both desktop and mobile environments without requiring installation on premises. Data processing adheres to applicable data protection regulations and GDPR compliance for Spanish organizations. Technical support is delivered by Spain-based personnel with advisory services included in the highest subscription tier. Integration capabilities extend to messaging applications for time registration and API details are available upon request.
Nucleo360 is available in three subscription tiers named Basic, Lite and Plus with varying levels of functionality. Basic provides time tracking features. Lite adds absence management and mobile registration capabilities. Plus includes all modules together with personalized support and regulatory advisory services.
