Our Place is a web-based rental property management platform designed for individual landlords, real estate agencies, and condominium managers operating under French rental law. The platform covers the full rental lifecycle, from legally compliant lease generation to rent receipt automation, IRL rent indexation, property inspection reports, rent reminders, accounting, and tax declaration support (declaration 2044). Leases are generated in compliance with the loi du 6 juillet 1989 and ALUR legislation, supporting unfurnished, furnished, co-living, student, mobility, and seasonal rental types. Electronic signature is included. A free plan is available with no account registration required for select PDF tools; paid plans range from 0 to 249 EUR.
Our Place centralizes residential rental management in a single online environment, reducing manual administrative overhead through task automation. Key utilities include an IRL rent revision simulator, a security deposit calculator, and a rent control verification tool (encadrement des loyers) to help landlords maintain compliance with French regulatory requirements. The platform targets both small private landlords managing a handful of units and professional property managers handling larger portfolios across France.
