What is Pathing?
Web-based job tracking for small businesses that sell products or services and follow each job from start to finish. Each job is a record that moves through the steps the business defines, and each step shows who marks it. Conditions stop a job from moving on when something is missing, such as an unpaid deposit, a part not yet received or a required field left blank. Each team member sees the jobs that are theirs, with permissions by role. Every record holds the amount, the deposit and what is still owed, plus photos and files, and prints as a customer receipt or a work order. Customer notices are pre-written, filled in with the job data and sent by email. Sector templates set up steps, fields and messages for repair shops, renovation firms, catering, clinics, academies, agencies, shops and more, and everything can be changed later. Higher plans add a portal for outside partners, stock, delivery runs, a team calendar, approval steps and automatic notices. It does not issue invoices.
