PayWavez overview
What is PayWavez?
PayWavez is a payment processing provider for small and mid-sized US businesses, including retail stores, restaurants, service companies, contractors and e-commerce sellers. Merchants can accept credit and debit cards in person, online, by invoice and over the phone, with funds deposited to their own merchant account.
PayWavez offers three pricing programs. Dual pricing shows a cash price and a card price, with a 3.5% card price adjustment. A credit-only surcharge program adds 3% to credit card transactions while debit cards are charged the listed price. A flat-rate program charges 2.5% plus $0.15 per transaction. The PayWavez payment gateway is provided at no monthly cost.
The service includes merchant account setup, terminal and virtual terminal options, online payment links, recurring billing, chargeback support and statement reviews that compare current processing costs against PayWavez programs. Businesses apply online and are supported by a US-based team during underwriting, setup and ongoing processing.
