PDFTrackr is document tracking for people whose documents make them money. Share a proposal, quote, deck or report as a secure link and see who opened it, which pages held their attention, and where they stopped reading.

Automated traffic is classified and removed from the counts. Email scanners, link-preview bots and crawlers never read a word, yet most trackers count them as opens; PDFTrackr excludes them and shows you what it filtered, so no follow-up is wasted on a mail server.

Signals then identify who returned for a second look and who deserves a call today, while a per-recipient verdict answers "did this person read it?" in one line. Real-time alerts fire on first open and again on a return visit, each carrying an emailed Reading Report describing how the document was read. Per-page reading time and drop-off show the exact page where attention ended.

Access to each link is controlled by allow list, block list and emailed six-digit verification code. A block ends any session already in progress, and unlisted and blocked addresses receive identical refusals, so a forwarded link reveals nothing about who else received the document. Passwords, expiry dates, download control and per-page watermarking apply alongside, and every upload is virus-scanned.

Technical specs: browser-based, no installation, single-user accounts, no seats to provision. Documents are stored on private object storage and served through signed links. Viewer IP addresses are hashed for country lookup and then discarded. Analytics cover page-by-page reading time, drop-off page, geography, device and referrer.
