Planning Ops overview

What is Planning Ops?

Planning Ops is a web-based platform for concrete subcontractors that combines pour scheduling, crew planning, and daily field reporting on a single login. The Place & Finish hub is a drag-and-drop pour board with live weather per project by ZIP, automatic crew and equipment double-booking detection, cubic-yard rollups by day, project, and region, and a 365-day Lookahead. The Manpower hub provides a 52-week crew board with a near-term Day Mode, demand-vs-scheduled projections and gap analysis, time tracking with payroll export (ADP, Paychex, or Excel), and certification tracking with expiry alerts. The Daily Reports hub lets foremen file the day's field report from a tablet and Sign & Submit it as an official, numbered record; each report exports as a branded PDF or emails straight to the GC, and the crew hours entered on it flow automatically into time tracking with no double entry. Its signature capability is one-click pour notifications: confirm, reschedule by dragging the pour to a new day, or cancel a pour, and every contact — crew, ready-mix supplier, pump operator, subcontractors, and the GC — is notified automatically by branded email with the reason and new date. Security and administration include role-based access control with distinct working-seat and free viewer roles, an audit log of changes, and tenant data isolation (Postgres row-level security). Pricing is one flat plan at $199/mo including 3 working seats; additional working seats are $40/mo each, and viewer seats are free and unlimited. Veteran-owned and built by a working concrete operations manager. 14-day free trial, no charge until day 15.
