What is Ponyportaal?
Ponyportaal is riding school software from Flanders (Belgium), built by a riding school owner who uses it every day. Riders and parents book lessons, camps and activities themselves, pay instantly with Bancontact or Payconiq, and see their ride cards, membership and insurance in their own portal on their phone. You see who is coming, who has paid and whose insurance is about to expire.
Everything is included in one licence: lessons and calendar, ride cards, camps with member priority, membership and the Paardensport Vlaanderen insurance with renewal round and day insurance, financial management with daily takings for your accountant, horses and care calendar, livery contracts with automatic monthly charges, and arena rental with online payment. No set-up fee, no commission on payments, no add-ons.
Onboarding is free and guided: we set up your groups, customers and cards together, and you only start paying once everything is running.
