PropertySurvey Pro is a native mobile application designed for residential and commercial property inspections with offline first architecture and on-device report generation capabilities. It supports structured condition reporting and on-site data capture even in areas with unreliable connectivity. Three distinct workflows are available: a General Inspection workspace for snagging, tenancy inventories and general condition assessments; a Home Survey workspace aligned with RICS Home Survey Standard Levels one to three; and a Commercial Survey workspace informed by RICS Technical due diligence standards. The application serves RICS surveyors, letting and estate agents, dilapidations specialists, snagging inspectors and tradespeople conducting professional property assessments.

The platform captures structured data via room-by-room condition schedules, editable element libraries and configurable rating systems encompassing CR one, CR two, CR three and NI classifications for residential surveys and P one, P two, P three and NI designations for commercial assessments.
