What is PropSpace?
PropSpace is a cloud-based real estate CRM and property management platform built for agencies in the UAE, operating since 2012.
The CRM module centralises listings, leads, contacts and deals in one system. Leads from portals, websites and social campaigns are captured and auto-assigned, intelligent lead matching pairs enquiries to suitable properties, and Contact 360 maintains a full interaction history per client. Listings syndicate to 80+ property portals, with a direct API integration to Property Finder. Deals are tracked from first contact to commission, and UAE compliance documents (Form A, B, F and I, plus Ejari) are generated in-platform.
The Property Management module handles the tenancy lifecycle: lease and renewal tracking, maintenance requests, and reporting on incoming and outgoing payments.
Specs and access: cloud/SaaS, web-based, with native iOS and Android apps (PropSpace Go). Reporting dashboards cover agent and business performance. Integrations include Property Finder and Meta lead capture. Pricing is AED 176 per user per month (CRM) and AED 11 per unit per month (Property Management), with no setup or implementation fees and a free 7-day trial. Rated 4.9 on Google.
