The forms and PDF editor module enables creation, editing, and completion of Ontario-specific legal documents, including form N four notices for non-payment of rent and form N twelve notices for landlord use, with built-in signature and date fields that eliminate the need for external document editing tools. Tenant onboarding functionality provides public application links for prospective tenants and secure invitation workflows for move-in processes. Owner and investor reporting generates profit and loss-style monthly statements on a per-owner basis, presenting income, expenses, and net cash flow in print-ready formats suitable for investor communications. Maintenance and vendor coordination tools allow tracking of service requests, assignment of tasks to preferred vendors, and automatic logging of associated expenses within the financial ledger.
