Pulpetti is a browser-based seating chart tool for creating, managing, and printing seating arrangements across four settings: schools, restaurants, weddings, and events. Users draw room layouts to scale using a drag-and-drop editor with 50+ objects, including tables in four shapes (round, square, rectangular, and school desk), walls, doors, windows, stage, dance floor, bar, buffet, and fire exits. People are added by typing or pasting names, and can be organized with tags and free-text notes. Seat assignments are made manually via drag-and-drop or through optional automatic placement, with the ability to lock specific seats before running auto-assignment. Seating rules (11 types, including not side by side, same table, fixed seat, and sits alone) are stored at the group level and applied automatically to every chart created for that group. Real-time alerts flag violations below the chart, identifying the people involved by name.
