QA Platform is a quality and production system for precision manufacturing. It covers the full path from drawing to shipped part: ballooning, inspection, production tracking and material control in one place, instead of separate spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

AI auto-ballooning. Upload a PDF drawing and the platform reads it. AI detection finds every dimension, tolerance and GD&T callout, numbers each characteristic, and builds the inspection table automatically. Compound callouts are split into separate characteristics, threads and radii are captured as text, and balloons are placed clear of the drawing detail. Prefer to work by hand? Draw a region and auto-detect only that area, use semi-automatic detection on a cropped section, or place balloons manually. Renumbering is automatic when you insert or remove a characteristic. A built-in 3D viewer opens STEP and IGES models alongside the 2D drawing.

CMM data import and tolerance validation. Measurement results import directly from CMM output files and match to the ballooned characteristics, with no retyping. Manual gauge readings sit alongside CMM data in the same report. Every value is checked against the drawing tolerance and flagged pass or fail, including geometric tolerances and material condition modifiers such as MMC and LMC with bonus tolerance calculated.

Guided inspection. The wizard walks an inspector through one characteristic at a time and shows which instrument to use for each, so results stay consistent across operators and shifts. Serial numbers are tracked individually, with jump navigation across large batches.

MES production management. Plan and run production from order to delivery. Define a process flow per part, then track batches through each step on a Kanban board or Gantt timeline. Operators record completed and rejected quantities at each step, with rejection reasons chosen from your own catalog. Split a batch across parallel routes, merge batches back together, and print Route Cards with barcodes that travel with the batch on the shop floor. Role-based permissions control what operators, power users and admins can see and change. Rejected parts can be recovered and rerouted rather than scrapped.

Inventory control. Manage a material catalog with live stock levels and a full movement ledger, so every issue, receipt and adjustment is traceable. Allocate material to parts directly from stock, with offcuts tracked as their own catalog entries. Minimum stock alerts fire when material runs low. Manage suppliers and raise purchase orders with generated PDF documents and attached supporting files.

Audit-ready output. Export branded PDF reports with color-coded results, serial number tracking and full traceability, suitable for first article inspection, AS9102 and PPAP submissions.
