What is Reciti?
Reciti is amenity reservation software for HOA boards, condo associations, and property managers. Residents book the pool, the clubhouse, a grill, or a court from a link in their browser, with no app to download. Reciti models divisible spaces, so one tennis court can host two pickleball games without a double booking.
Boards set booking windows, household limits, duration caps, and approval rules once, and the calendar enforces them on every reservation. Approval-required amenities hold the slot while a request waits in the queue, and the decision is emailed to the resident automatically. Recurring series cover swim teams and league nights.
Access is invite-only. Residents sign in with a magic link, so there are no passwords to forget. Each community's calendar is private to its members, and admins can export reservations and member lists at any time.
A typical community is live within a week, and the software setup takes hours. Pricing is flat by unit count, starting at $39 per month, and every feature is included on every plan.
