The platform encompasses five core functional stages that replace traditionally fragmented research toolsets. The planning module employs an AI research assistant that converts initial questions into comprehensive study plans, research questions, and moderation guides. The recruitment functionality integrates with customer relationship management systems to build participant panels, manage outreach campaigns, handle scheduling and consent, and process incentive payments. In the conduct phase, live browser-based interviews feature silent observer capabilities, AI-moderated sessions support up to fifty concurrent interviews, and task-based unmoderated prototype testing captures screen and voice recordings.
Data flows into the DIVE analysis engine, which processes feedback through decode, improve, validate, and enrich stages. Raw inputs become structured observations, undergo deduplication and refinement, receive validation against source material, and gain contextual enrichment from historical research data. The system maintains complete traceability by linking every generated insight to the precise timestamp in an interview or the exact line of a support ticket. Ingestion support covers support tickets, forwarded emails, feedback forms, video and audio recordings, transcripts, and large datasets, with automatic transcription and structuring of all inputs.
The action stage transforms validated insights into tracked initiatives, allowing teams to document shipped changes, notify affected customers, and invite participants into follow-up studies. Additional capabilities include a conversational interface for querying across all studies with citation-backed responses, research coaching that offers feedback on study design and moderation to reduce bias, block-based reporting that populates documents with validated insights, and Super Insights that surface patterns across projects and channels. Organizations may select preferred AI models and build custom analysis templates and workflows or use the platform’s continuously benchmarked defaults. Enterprise features include white-label domain options, configurable personally identifiable information redaction, single sign-on authentication, dedicated support channels, SOC Two Type Two certification, ISO twenty seven thousand zero one information-security management certification, ISO forty two thousand and one AI governance certification, and GDPR compliance. A base subscription covers hosting, team access, and panel management with transparent usage-based metering for interviews, analysis tokens, and report runs.
