ReroofGen is a browser based roofing sales platform for Florida contractors. Its core is a parcel level roof age dataset: every roof age is derived from a finalized county or city reroof permit, stored with the permit number, the issuing source and the final date, and shown next to the home on the map. It is never a model or an aerial estimate, and a home with no reroof permit on file is shown as unknown instead of given a guessed age.

Data: the Florida Roof Age Index, published by ReroofGen as free open data, counts 434,710 single family roofs 15 years or older across 67 counties as of September 29, 2026.
