Reviso is a self-hosted client feedback and approval plugin for WordPress, built for web agencies, freelancers, and in-house web teams who manage client revisions on every project.

Instead of collecting feedback across email, screen recordings, and screenshots, you share one review link. The client clicks any element on the live website and pins a comment right there, with no account and no login. Each pin automatically captures a screenshot plus page and browser context, so there is never any guessing about which element or page the client meant.

Every comment surfaces natively inside your page builder, whether that is Bricks, Elementor, or the Gutenberg block editor, so feedback lives where you actually do the work. You batch a round of changes, reply to clarify, and close each round with a timestamped client approval and PDF sign-off that protects you from scope creep and endless revision rounds.

Because Reviso is self-hosted, all feedback stays in your own WordPress database and is never sent to a third-party service, which keeps client data under your control. The plugin is GPL and page-builder-native. AI triage is optional and runs on your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, so you control usage, cost, and data.
