Routerra Teams is route optimization and dispatch software for small and mid-sized delivery fleets. It replaces spreadsheet planning with a dispatcher web console, an offline-first driver app for Android and iOS, and a developer platform for automation.

Stop import is flexible: paste addresses, upload CSV or Excel, photograph a paper manifest and let AI extract the stops, or create plans programmatically through the public Optimize API with API keys. The optimization engine accounts for time windows, live traffic, vehicle capacity, and delivery zones, with strategies that balance stop count or drive time across drivers. Routes can be adjusted by drag and drop and re-optimized before dispatch.

Dispatch is one click: each driver receives their route in the mobile app and navigates in Google Maps, Waze, or Apple Maps. The driver app is offline-first - statuses, notes, and proof-of-delivery photos queue locally and sync automatically when connectivity returns. Dispatchers track live progress, stop statuses, and failed deliveries in real time, and recipients get automatic email notifications.

Every completed stop stores photo or PDF proof of delivery. Data exports to CSV, XLSX, or PDF, and signed webhooks (plan approved, route started or completed, stop delivered or failed) push events to external systems with automatic retries. Pricing is $20 per driver seat per month with a 7-day free trial and no minimum fleet size.
