Salesia overview

What is Salesia?

Salesia is the sales platform for brands that sell through physical retail: pharmacies, parapharmacies, beauty institutes, organic stores and specialty retailers. It replaces a stack of disconnected tools (CRM, field sales app, order inbox, spreadsheets) with one platform shared by field reps, sales administration and management.

Every B2B order lands in a single hub, whatever its channel: the rep's mobile app, the brand's B2B marketplace where pharmacies order on their own, files sent by the depositary or logistics provider, CSV imports, email, phone and paper order forms. Discount grids, free goods and each buying group's or chain's commercial terms are applied automatically, so the back office stops retyping orders and applying conditions from memory.

Field reps work from a mobile app that works offline, with their points of sale, catalog, territory map and calendar. Managers follow ordered and invoiced revenue (excl. VAT), distribution coverage (DN), lost and dormant customers and rep performance. Brands can open their own B2B storefront on Salesia's marketplaces and publish a white-label store locator.

Salesia also gives independent multi-line sales agents a single workspace across every brand they represent, while each brand follows its agents' activity alongside its own reps.

Salesia connects two-way with the invoicing, ERP and logistics systems brands already use: Sellsy, Pennylane, HubSpot, Shopify, e-Logik, Alloga, Gmail, Google Calendar and Aircall.

Built by a field sales operator, Salesia knows how retail networks work: buying groups, CIP and GLN codes, distribution coverage, free-goods rules. It is hosted in the European Union, can be adopted in about 30 days, and is priced on orders rather than per seat, so the whole team, internal reps and external agents included, can use it with unlimited users.
