Scarab OS overview
What is Scarab OS?
Scarab OS is shop management software for independent auto repair, tire, diesel and fleet shops and mobile mechanics.
Write up the car, build the estimate and send it to the customer to approve line by line. Run the job across the board, inspect with photos on a phone, invoice it and take payment by card, pay link or at the counter. Text customers from the shop's own number.
When a job is finished you seal it: the complaint, the diagnosis, every labor line and part, the vehicle and the technician are frozen together, so any change afterwards shows.
Parts and purchase orders, the time clock, the books, pay records and printed checks are built in, with reports for the owner. It runs in the browser and on Android and iPhone.
One price per shop, with no fee per login: Solo $109 a month, Shop $189 a month, Group $159 a month per location. Try the working demo shop free before you buy. Built by a shop owner who runs his own shop on it every day.
