The unified platform manages sales transactions, inventory control, product catalogs and reporting functions while maintaining operational continuity through an offline-first architecture that allows continued functionality during internet connectivity disruptions.

The platform supports both simple products and complex product variants with customizable attributes such as size, color, presentation, material and other business-specific characteristics. Each variant maintains independent pricing, stock levels and barcode assignments. The inventory management system includes a Kardex module with ten distinct movement types, automated minimum stock alerts and mass adjustment capabilities to support high-volume catalog maintenance. Product importation from spreadsheets and custom SKU and barcode configuration are available to streamline catalog population and management.

Sales workflows are designed for continuous daily operation and support multiple payment methods and transaction types through an intuitive interface that minimises sales processing time. Session-based cash register management and reconciliation functionality provide control over daily operations. Real-time dashboards display sales trends, profitability metrics, transaction history and multi-location analytics to inform operational decisions across different branches.

An integrated e-commerce catalog provides dedicated URLs, synchronized inventory across physical and online channels and seamless management of delivery and pickup orders without reliance on third-party integrations. Electronic invoicing capabilities comply with country-specific regulatory requirements through integration with DIAN for Colombia and SUNAT for Peru. Multi-location operations are supported with separate inventory tracking per branch, inter-branch transfers and location-restricted access controls. A Gastrobar module enables live floor plan visualisation, kitchen display system connectivity, order routing, bill splitting and reservation management for food service establishments. API access enables custom integrations and support services include email, chat and messaging channels.
