Secure Coding Hub overview

What is Secure Coding Hub?

SecureCodingHub is a secure coding training platform that provides audit ready evidence and interactive code review exercises for software development teams. The platform delivers hands on security training through realistic production code scenarios enabling engineering teams to identify vulnerabilities and deploy proper fixes while automatically generating compliance documentation. It caters to enterprise application security teams, development organizations subject to regulatory audits and companies required to demonstrate secure coding practices under frameworks such as PCI DSS four point zero, ISO two seven zero zero one, OWASP standards and the EU Cyber Resilience Act. The solution addresses the needs of organizations seeking to train developers in secure coding practices while simultaneously building audit trails that satisfy quality security assessor reviews and compliance requirements.

The platform features nine hundred thirty interactive code review challenges spanning one hundred eighty six vulnerability classes across fifteen engineering stacks and sixty seven guided attack scenarios comprising nine hundred seventy three interactive steps. Each code review challenge follows a two phase methodology in which engineers first locate the vulnerable code block within realistic production fragments and then select the appropriate fix from four plausible candidates that include intelligent distractors representing common application security mistakes. Guided attack scenarios place engineers in simulated browser, terminal and proxy environments where they execute reconnaissance, land exploits and close security gaps in code.

Each challenge is rendered in the selected language and framework including backend languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C sharp, Java, Python, Go and PHP and frontend frameworks including React, Vue and Angular in both TypeScript and JavaScript as well as mobile platforms covering Swift and Kotlin. The platform eliminates generic pseudocode in favor of idiomatic code that matches production patterns such as Python f strings, Go fmt sprintf, C sharp string interpolation and Java prepared statement implementations. All challenges include pre tagged mappings to compliance frameworks with vulnerability classifications linked to OWASP Top Ten categories for web, API and mobile along with underlying Common Weakness Enumeration identifiers.

Enterprise grade identity and access management is provided through SAML two point zero and OpenID Connect single sign on with just in time provisioning and support for identity providers such as Okta, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace and OneLogin. The platform implements SCIM two point zero for automated user lifecycle synchronization enabling provisioning and deprovisioning without manual intervention. SCORM one point two and SCORM two thousand four compatibility allows integration with existing learning management systems with completion tracking and bookmarking synchronized through standard runtime. The administrative plane supports multi tenant hierarchies with role based delegation to isolate data and administrative scope across platform, enterprise, organization and team levels. An immutable audit log captures every login, assignment, completion and administrative action with actor, role, IP address and metadata for quality security assessor audits, SOC two examinations and ISO assessments. Assignment functionality enables administrators to distribute training by topic, framework or attack scenario to individuals, teams or entire organizations with tracking dashboards displaying completion rates, scores and skill gaps.
