Serviro is a browser-based restaurant management system built for cafes, bars and restaurants that want table ordering and kitchen coordination without buying dedicated POS hardware.

HOW IT WORKS

Each table gets its own QR code linked to a digital menu. Guests scan, browse the menu in their own language, and place an order that lands directly in the system. There is no app to download and no login for the guest.

Every menu item is assigned to a preparation station. When an order comes in, Serviro splits it automatically and sends each line to the station that prepares it - drinks to the bar, hot food to the kitchen, desserts to pastry. Each station sees only its own queue, in order of arrival, and marks items as ready as it works through them.

Waiters run the floor from a phone or tablet. They can see live table status, add items to an open table, move an order between tables, and follow which items are still pending in the kitchen.

CHECKOUT AND BILLING

Bills can be settled as a whole or split - by guest, by item, or by an arbitrary amount. Partial payments are supported for tables that pay in stages. At the end of the shift, the daily close produces a consolidated report of sales, payment methods and per-station volume, and locks the day so figures cannot shift retroactively.

MENU MANAGEMENT

Menus are edited from the browser and update instantly on every table QR - no reprinting. Items can be marked out of stock in one tap, scheduled by time of day, or grouped into offers. Menus support multiple languages so international guests read the menu in their own.

TECHNICAL

Serviro runs entirely in the browser on any modern device - Android, iOS, Windows, macOS. There is nothing to install and no vendor-locked terminal to purchase. The system is built on Node.js and MongoDB and served over HTTPS.

DATA AND SECURITY

All data is hosted inside the European Union. Databases are backed up on an automated schedule to encrypted object storage, with restores tested regularly and backup jobs externally monitored. Staff accounts are role-separated, so waiter, kitchen and management access are distinct.

Serviro is offered as a monthly subscription with a free trial. Login details are issued automatically on signup, so there is no onboarding queue. Cancellation is self-service at any time.
