What is ShoSoft?

ShoSoft is cloud-based venue management software for independent event venues — conference centers, creative spaces, community centers, and nontraditional event spaces. It consolidates scheduling, inventory, staffing, ticketing, and accounting into a single platform, replacing the spreadsheets, paper systems, and disconnected point tools many venues run on today.

Core functionality includes a shared master calendar for managing bookings and contracts across the full venue; event management tools covering the lifecycle from initial inquiry through final breakdown; task and project management for coordinating teams around event-day execution; workforce scheduling for assigning and tracking staff per event; and inventory management for tracking owned equipment such as chairs, tables, and linens, including what's available versus already allocated to a booking.

ShoSoft includes a built-in ticketing module for direct ticket sales, native Stripe integration for payment processing and ACH support on higher tiers, and built-in accounting so invoicing and revenue tracking don't require a separate finance tool. For venues that host trade shows or conferences, ShoSoft includes exhibitor and booth management and storefront customization.

The platform is fully web-based (cloud, SaaS) with no desktop or on-premise deployment required, and is accessed through any modern browser. Higher-tier plans include API access for custom integrations, advanced analytics and reporting, and unlimited data storage.

All plans include email support, with live online training, webinars, documentation, and video resources to support onboarding. Higher tiers add a dedicated account representative.

Pricing is tiered by team size and feature access rather than event volume — every plan includes unlimited events. Plans start at $99/month (Essentials), scaling to $199/month (Professional) and $299/month (Enterprise), with a 20% discount available on annual billing. Payment processing fees decrease at higher tiers, from 1.2% on Essentials down to 0.2% on Enterprise. Every plan includes a 60-day free trial with no credit card required.

ShoSoft was built by event industry veterans, including a venue GM with over 30 years of operating experience, specifically for the operational realities of independent venues — distinct from generic project management tools adapted for events, or enterprise platforms built for convention centers and large-scale venues.
