The sales processing module accepts multiple payment methods including cash, card payments, transfers, checks and vouchers, performs automatic calculations and records transactions with instant invoice and receipt issuance. It also accommodates customer advance payment recording, sale reservation and quotation creation for deferred completion.
Employee management is enabled through individual user accounts with configurable access permissions, activity tracking of sales and commission calculations and shift based register controls with automated bill and coin tabulation. Integration extends to accounting and electronic invoicing platforms to comply with fiscal regulations and to manage tax classifications, measurement units and product keys. Multi location operations are facilitated by merchandise transfer functions that update stock levels upon confirmation of receipt. The platform expedites initial setup by importing product catalogs from spreadsheet files and safeguards data with automated cloud based backups. Technical support and periodic system updates address implementation queries and maintain compatibility with evolving technological standards and regulatory requirements.
