How it works: paste a job description plus the applications, or drop PDFs, ZIPs, and CSVs. SiftFirst extracts a scoring rubric from the job description; you edit the criteria and weights so the rubric is yours, not the machine's. Every candidate is scored against that rubric, and every score carries a quoted line from the resume as evidence, so you can verify each call in seconds.

The shortlist view lets you re-weight criteria live without re-running the screen, compare finalists side by side, generate tailored interview questions per candidate, and export everything to CSV. A pool-analytics view shows the quality distribution of the whole applicant pool. A Chrome extension collects candidates from any page while you browse and saves them into a screening.
