Sinthoma is a practice management system built for psychologists and psychoanalysts in Brazil. From the first WhatsApp message to the signed record and the Pix receipt, the practice runs in one place, following the rules of the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP) and LGPD.

In session: the psychologist records by voice, with the patient's consent, types the main points or runs the session in the built-in video room. AI transcribes and drafts the progress note in the chosen format (DAP, SOAP, BIRP, GIRP, PIRP, free-form or narrative), flags anything with no source in the session and highlights risk signals. Before each session, a briefing summarizes where the last sessions left off.

Beyond the record: reports, expert opinions and certificates drafted from the sessions, with electronic signature and a public verification code; a Psychological Assessment module that drafts the report from the test results in the sections the CFP requires; a patient portal with intake form, PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scales, mood diary and therapy contract.

Front desk and finances: an AI receptionist on WhatsApp answers patients about times and booking and passes anything clinical to the psychologist; reminders and confirmations go out on their own; Pix charges, PDF receipts and the annual Receita Saúde file close the month.
