SOLYNOV is a Windows desktop application designed to generate Factur-X compliant electronic invoices for small enterprises, sole traders, artisans and independent professionals. The solution meets French regulatory requirements for electronic invoicing without enterprise resource planning systems or technical training. It addresses the need for compliance with a mandatory national electronic invoicing reform without large scale operational changes.

Two editions, both one-time purchases with no subscription. Bridge (590 EUR, up to 3 workstations) reads the Excel, .xlsm or CSV tables exported by the existing management software, asks the user to confirm the column mapping once, then produces the Factur-X on demand or automatically. Starter (189 EUR, 1 workstation) is a complete invoicing application: quotes, invoices, deposits, credit notes and payments.

All processing is performed locally on the operator’s computer without transmitting data to external servers or cloud services. The software reads source files without altering original data and generates output in a designated folder under the operator’s control. The interface presents a concise layout that avoids technical terminology and extensive configuration to streamline invoice generation.

The installer is digitally signed via Microsoft Azure Trusted Signing so that Windows can verify publisher identity and file integrity prior to installation. The software operates offline without integration with third party platforms or application programming interfaces. It focuses exclusively on generating properly formatted Factur-X files for transmission through external channels. It employs a perpetual license and includes regulatory updates for an initial period with the option to extend compliance maintenance beyond that term.
