Sourceteller turns the website and documents your business already has into an AI assistant that answers customers accurately, with a cited source on every reply. If your material doesn't cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.

Add What You Already Have

Paste your website address and Sourceteller finds and reads every page through menus, sitemaps and links, including pages built with JavaScript and the PDFs they link to. Or upload documents: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text and scanned files, up to 50 at a time. Scans and image-heavy pages are read with OCR. When you re-check, only pages that changed are read again, so keeping answers current costs almost nothing.

Answers You Can Check

Sourceteller uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with hybrid semantic and keyword search, so every reply is built from your own content, not the model's general knowledge. Each answer links to the exact passage, page and section it came from. It understands typos and vague follow-ups, keeps the context of the conversation, and asks a clarifying question when two products or services match.

One Assistant, Every Channel

- Website chat widget: one line of code on any site, including Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, Webflow and plain HTML. Customise its name, colour, position, greeting and starter questions, and lock it to the domains you allow.

- AI phone line: point a number you already own at your assistant's SIP address. Callers ask out loud and hear a natural spoken answer in their language. Works with Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage, Asterisk, FreePBX and local SIP providers.

- Blocked topics the assistant must always decline, even if your documents mention them
