Brands can re-engage lost or at-risk customers by providing them with automated offers and promotions, as well as attract new customers through referral rewards. Clients can use the native Sparkage apps for Android and iOS to log reward points for purchases and receive and redeem digital coupons. Notifications can be sent automatically to customers to let them know that they’ve been rewarded with points or inform them of a current promotion. Real time reports provide businesses with insight into which promotional campaigns are receiving the most engagement and which notifications are having the biggest impact on sales.
