Sparks Provider overview
What is Sparks Provider?
Sparks Provider is a cloud-based NDIS provider system designed for smaller Australian disability support businesses. It combines rostering, participant and staff records, notes and incidents, timesheets, reporting, service agreements, invoicing and NDIA claim-file downloads in one system.
Scheduling includes week, fortnight and month views, participant or staff views, repeating shifts, extra workers and roster sharing by email or PDF. Workers can access their assigned shifts, record attendance and write shift notes from the web, iPhone or Android app. Role-based access keeps owners, admins and workers in the parts of the system relevant to their work.
Managers can inspect the shifts behind weekly timesheet totals, approve hours, download a CSV, or send approved timesheets to Xero as drafts. Invoices can also be sent to Xero as drafts. Participant and staff documents, client email reminders, reports and service agreements are included. A dedicated ShiftCare import supports providers moving across from an existing system.
The web subscription is AUD $499 per business per year including GST, with unlimited participants and workers. A 7-day trial is available without a credit card. App-store pricing may differ.
