Booking and scheduling

Coaches publish their real availability and let athletes and parents book private sessions, small groups, clinics, and recurring time slots directly. Availability rules, session lengths, and buffer times are set by the coach, and the calendar updates in real time so double bookings and back-and-forth texting go away.

Payments and no-show protection

Payment is collected at the time of booking through Stripe, not chased down after the session. Prime slots are held only when they are paid for, which cuts late cancellations and no-shows. Coaches keep 100 percent of what they charge. SpotLock does not take a percentage of session revenue.

Session packs and credits

Coaches sell training in bulk, and SpotLock tracks how many credits each athlete has left, when they were used, and when an athlete is due to reload. Renewal timing stops being a guess.

Every athlete gets a profile that holds session history, training notes, goals, and parent contact details in one record. Notes stay attached to the athlete instead of scattered across a phone.

AI progress reports

Reviews can only be left by athletes who actually trained with the coach, so the social proof on a coach profile is real and usable for winning new clients.

Integrations and technical details

SpotLock is a cloud-based web application that runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, and phone with no install required. Payments are processed by Stripe, so card data never touches SpotLock's servers and PCI compliance is handled by Stripe. Sessions can be synced to Google Calendar and Apple Calendar so a coach's booked time shows up alongside everything else in their day. Athlete and parent data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and is visible only to the coach who owns the account.
