Standara overview

What is Standara?

Standara is an asset register and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) platform for Australian buildings.

Choose from 78 asset types across 11 disciplines and Standara builds the register with the maintenance tasks and frequencies each AS/NZS standard requires (350+ tasks referencing 80+ standards). It then generates a 12-month planner, assigns tasks to contractors, logs reactive callouts and work orders, stores certificates and service reports against the site, and exports audit-ready PDF, Excel and CSV reports.

Manage multiple sites in one account with Owner, Member and Viewer roles and a full audit trail. A commissioning and handover module tracks statutory sign-offs for new buildings through practical completion, then promotes the data into the live register.
