StudioBook is a cloud-based booking and studio-management platform for class-based businesses: yoga, pilates, barre, dance, martial arts, music and art schools, and small gyms running a group timetable. It covers the full cycle - schedule, book, pay, retain - in a single system, at one flat price with no feature tiers.

SCHEDULING AND BOOKING. Recurring class series and multi-week courses, per-class capacity limits, instructor assignment and swaps, holiday and one-off exceptions, and live schedule editing that does not invalidate bookings that already exist. Automatic waitlists promote the next member and send the confirmation the moment a spot frees up. Cancellation windows, late-cancellation charges and no-show handling are configured once and then enforced by the system rather than by the owner.

Every studio gets a public booking page with its own logo and colours, plus an embeddable widget for an existing website.

Guest checkout lets a member book and pay without creating an account.

The booking page and the owner dashboard are a mobile-first progressive web app, installable on iOS and Android without an app store download.

PAYMENTS. Payments run on Stripe Connect. Each studio connects its own Stripe account, so card and ACH payments settle directly into the studio bank account and StudioBook never holds or routes customer funds. Drop-ins, recurring membership subscriptions, prepaid class packs with credit tracking and expiry, intro offers, gift cards, discount codes, one-click refunds and tax-compliant receipts are all supported.

MEMBERS AND RETENTION. Member profiles with notes and history, check-in and attendance, digital waivers and intake forms, automated class reminders, alerts when a regular stops booking, one-off announcements and automated email sequences such as a welcome series or a win-back nudge, plus an analytics dashboard covering revenue, attendance and retention.

INTEGRATIONS. Stripe Connect for payments and payouts. Google Calendar links and calendar file downloads for Apple Calendar and Outlook on every booking confirmation. Transactional and campaign email sent over an authenticated sending domain with SPF and DKIM.

SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE. Built on Postgres with row-level security enforcing per-studio tenant isolation. Card data never touches StudioBook servers because Stripe handles it under PCI DSS. GDPR-ready, with a data processing agreement offered to every studio, consent capture, and data export and deletion. Cookie-free product analytics and no advertising trackers.
