What is SympoQ ?

SympoQ is a web-based help desk solution delivered in the cloud. It enables support teams to automate daily tasks and to provide effective support to their customers.

SympoQ’s robust configuration and customization sections offer the freedom to fulfill the specific requirements of each team without overlong implementation. Among others, you can easily set up the portal appearance, customize submission forms, and email notifications, fine-tune help desk automation, and others.

For support teams, it enables an extended set of features with automation capabilities. The automation engine enables categorization of incoming requests, assignments, email notification rules, and scheduled actions.

The AI-driven engine provides a reply to each specific request, based on previous similar solutions and internal data sources.

As a pillar of the help desk solution, support ticketing is enabled with built-in action forms required to resolve customer issues: easily reply and close, submit internal comments and notify team members, use canned replies, move tickets between support queues, and others.

Along with the support ticketing system integrated within the agent and customer portal, the email-to-ticket utility adds an additional communication channel. It converts all incoming email messages into support requests or adds them as a conversation to existing tickets.

SympoQ’s live chat combines real-time chat support with self-service features. In addition to using live chat within the customer portal, it can be also enabled as a web widget for website pages. The only required action is to place a simple javascript snippet on any web page. Afterward, the website visitors can start a live chat or submit their requests without the need to visit the customer portal.
