Synergy POS System is an on-premises point of sale solution built in Malaysia for retail shops, minimarkets, boutiques, wholesalers, restaurants, cafes, kopitiams, food courts, hair salons, spas, and other service businesses. Deployed on Windows PCs or Android phones and tablets, it operates fully offline without internet dependency, with optional cloud sync for multi-branch data consolidation to headquarters. In use by 6,000+ businesses since 2011, it is available via a one-off purchase from RM800 or a daily subscription from RM2.20, with no recurring charges on the perpetual licence option.

Synergy POS System covers three core POS modes. The Retail POS handles barcode scanning, multiple and advanced pricing levels, promotion and bundle pricing with date validity, matrix items for size and colour variants, multiple units of measurement, package items with automatic component stock deduction, deposit booking and claim, time tracking for rental billing, and MyKad reader integration. It supports e-wallet payments (GrabPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Boost, Maybank QRPay, Touch n Go), credit card terminal integration, WhatsApp receipt delivery, shift management, and adjustable receipt and barcode label formats. The F&B POS adds a live table floor plan, pax count, bookings and deposits, kitchen order printing with per-item printer routing, a colour-coded kitchen display system, QR ordering, split and joined bills, add-on and linked item configuration, and recipe-based raw material deduction from stock. The Salon POS combines services and retail products on a single bill with staff assignment per service line and member pricing. Across all modes, the built-in LHDN e-Invoice module covers individual customer-requested invoices and consolidated walk-in invoices for MyInvois submission, and SST is configurable for inclusive or exclusive pricing. A built-in customer loyalty program covers membership pricing, reward points, cashback redemption, coupons, and SMS blasts. POS sales post automatically to Synergy accounting with no re-keying, keeping sales, stock, and financial records connected. AI capabilities include a report designer that builds custom reports from plain-language descriptions, OCR document scanning to reduce manual data entry from supplier invoices and receipts, an AI quotation assistant, and an AI support assistant.
