What is tbITSM?

tbITSM is a cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) software that helps businesses in IT, travel and leisure, finance, retail, manufacturing, and other industries streamline help desk operations and optimize IT services. It lets staff members utilize the information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) framework to review, define, and manage the overall ITSM processes.

With tbITSM, employees can create, update, and renew tickets via email and Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) media search. Service agents can assign ticket owners, create custom tags, collaborate on tasks, track resolution time, and access canned responses, optimizing the entire incident management lifecycle. It also allows team members to handle service asset inventory, access modification history, and manage operating systems with information, such as name, version, kernel, edition, license, and more.

tbITSM enables IT teams to view performance targets, monitor service levels, create custom service-level agreements (SLA), and more from a unified platform. It facilitates integration with several third-party IT and network monitoring systems (NMS).
